Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking on site.

Do you have space for large cars?

We have spaces for vehicles up to a 9 seater bus. 4×4’s and large cars are fine.

What is your check in /out time?

We are here to welcome you in person from 4pm until 7pm. We offer self check in after 7pm. Please call or email for self check in instructions.

Check out is by 10am please.

What is your breakfast times?

We offer breakfast from 7.30am with last sitting at 9am.

Do you accept pets?

We allow service animals in the main house. Our lodges are pet friendly.

What is your child policy?

Children over 12 are welcome in the main house.

Children are allowed in the lodges. We can provide a cot if necessary.

Do you have family rooms?

No, unfortunately, we do not have family rooms available, maximum capacity in our double room is 2 guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request full payment at the point of booking. If your booking is cancelled 21 days or more before check in date, we can offer you a refund of your deposit minus an admin fee of £25per room. If you cancel your reservation within 21 day of your reservation, first night stay is charged, the rest will be refunded back to your card.

We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance in case you need to cancel your stay due to bad weather/flight cancellations etc.
