Chef Proprietor, Mark and his wife Larisa run the property on a daily basis with help of a small team.
Mark’s passion for cooking has seen him work and manage a number of fine dining & Michelin star restaurants across the country such as Chez Nico, The Square Restaurant and Gidleigh Park. Whilst Larisa has spent numerous years in restaurant management roles at Michael Caine’s restaurant in Manchester, The Square, Restaurant Story and Nobu in London & Gidleigh Park in the West Country.
