The routes are fully detailed with explanations of the many things you should not miss along the way. We have printed copies of these routes available in the guest lounge for you to take with you on your day out.

Take the road to the fishing port of Mallaig, admire the stunning views to Skye, Eigg and Rum, hear the romantic story of Bonnie Prince Charlie at Glenfinnan then discover the beautiful sandy beach used in the film Local Hero

Travel the ‘Road to the Isles’ then head into wild Ardnamurchan to find a magical beach, enjoy a short walk to a small rocky island with a ruined castle then see if you can spot seals from a wildlife hide.

Find out about the Appin murder, visit Oban, the ‘Gateway to the Isles’, a hollow mountain and a church with some very bizarre architecture.  Then head onto the wild moorland of Rannoch and into Glencoe.  Find out about the infamous massacre and admire the majestic mountain scenery.

Loch Ness and the Great Glen

Travel the length of the Great Glen geological fault line to Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. On the way you’ll pass famous Loch Ness with its mythical monster and you could stop at the 5* Loch Ness Centre and Exhibition.

Choose your beds wisely!

Our three double/twin rooms can be configured either as a twin with two separate single beds or as a superking size double with one large bed for two people. We also have one double room which is always one large bed for two people, a triple room which contains three single beds and a single room with just one single bed. For stays of two nights or more, if you prefer we can make up our triple room with a superking size double bed and a separate single. Please ensure you book the right type of room and let us know how you want it configured on your booking. We will do our best to ensure everything is as comfortable as we can make it for you.
